WHAT AN ELECTROLYSIS TREATMENT LOOKS LIKE
During a session of electrolysis treatment, a small probe is carefully inserted into the hair follicle without harming the surrounding skin. Once the probe is in place, it administers a low-level electric current measured in milliamperes to the skin tissue. This electrical current permanently damages the follicle, making it easier for the hair to be removed and preventing the follicle from producing hair in the future.

Electrolysis is highly effective at removing hair of all colours, but its main drawback is the time it takes because each hair is treated individually during a session. It's an ideal choice for areas on the face or for hair that cannot be treated with laser methods. However, some people find it slightly more uncomfortable compared to other hair removal methods.
